Dealing with small, medium and large enterprises, I have an adaptive communication style that focuses on bringing the client ‘along for the ride’. Having concrete examples based on experience, builds trust and breaks down the barriers to move forward. I also thrive on introspection so that the key points are absorbed and ultimately embedded long after the discussion points have concluded.
Measurable tangible results are also critical to allow the client to know how they are performing. With a mindset of continuous improvement, it is key to support the individuals so that they can build, perform and self evaluate constructively.
